What it measures and how it works

Stable behavioral patterns — how a person structures a story: agency, causality, conflict, uncertainty, role, outcome. Not knowledge, not IQ, not personality labels. The same structural patterns that show up in a story are the ones that show up under pressure at work.
No. Classic tests ask direct questions — candidates quickly learn the "right" answers, and coaching material circulates freely online. NeuroMyth reads the structure of a free, spontaneous story. That structure can't be studied in advance or coached out of existence.
No. There are no right answers to memorize. On paper, with no device in hand, the story can't be generated by AI either — which is exactly why we recommend the paper route. You receive what is genuinely theirs.

GDPR, EU AI Act and data handling

Yes. Candidates use a pen name and an anonymous NM code — no real names ever enter the system. We analyze narrative structure, not protected attributes. See our Privacy Policy for full retention and rights details.
Yes — it is classified as a high-risk Annex III system and fulfills the relevant obligations: mandatory human review of every report, full technical documentation, active post-market monitoring and transparency to candidates. See our AI Act Statement.
Only the HR client organization. Data is pseudonymous throughout and handled under UK GDPR. Data Processing Agreements are in place with all AI providers involved in report generation. Candidates can request access, correction or deletion at any time via the HR client.
C — Bias and fairness

Who gets a fair result

No. The analysis is purely structural — based on how a story is built, never on who wrote it. Sex, age, origin, religion and orientation are invisible to the system. A human reviewer validates every report before release, adding a further layer of oversight.
They write in the language they know best — story language is selectable at submission. The analysis reads structure, not vocabulary richness or style. There is no penalty for non-native speakers.

Timing, format and what you receive

The candidate writes for about 30 minutes. The report is delivered within 2–3 hours, human-reviewed. No booking required, no waiting days.

Report packs — buy 3, 5 or 10 reports upfront and get a volume discount (up to 25%). Each pack can mix depths — you decide at activation, not at purchase.

Token packs — for organizations with ongoing hiring volume. Tokens are the underlying unit: 1 token = 1 SCR, 2 tokens = 1 FIT, and so on. Buy a token pack once, activate reports as you need them, in any combination. Maximum flexibility, best value per report.
Yes — and we recommend it. The paper route is the most reliable: no screen, no device, no way for the candidate to use AI.
