What it is and how it works

What exactly is NeuroMyth?

NeuroMyth is a structured HR decision-support system. It analyzes the narrative structure of a short spontaneous story written by the candidate and generates a report with 12 structural indicators, 4 compatibility signals and psychodynamic analysis. Not a psychological test, no clinical diagnoses, no autonomous decisions.
How does it work in practice?

The candidate writes a short spontaneous story on a paper form, starting from neutral standardized images. HR photographs the form and sends it by email. The system processes the narrative structure, a human reviewer verifies the report, and HR receives the PDF by email within 2–4 hours.
Can the candidate prepare or game the answer?

No. Spontaneous narrative structure cannot be prepared. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers. No guides, courses or advice can modify the deep structural patterns that emerge from free narration. This is the fundamental difference from any tool based on direct questions or questionnaires.

Free TRY, pricing and payment

Are the 5 initial assessments really free?

Yes, unconditionally. The first 5 assessments are entirely on NeuroMyth's dime. No credit card, no payment, no commitment, no expiry on codes. Same method, same reports as paying clients. One TRY per organization.
How many report levels are there and what do they cost?

Four levels: SCR Screening ($99 + tax), FIT Human Fit ($199 + tax), EXE Extended ($299 + tax), ELI Elite C-Suite ($499 + tax). The free TRY includes all four levels in a single output.
Is there a subscription or minimum purchase?

No. No subscription, no minimum, no contract. You pay per activated report. For larger volumes there are discount packages (3 reports −20%, 5 −22%, 10 −25%) and Token Packs for maximum flexibility.
What payment methods are accepted?

Stripe (credit card) and bank wire transfer. Payment options only apply to paid reports and kits — the free TRY requires no payment information whatsoever.
Limits

What it does not do

Does NeuroMyth replace the interview?

No. NeuroMyth adds a layer of structured observation — it does not replace the interview, reference check, technical skill evaluation or the recruiter's overall judgment. The final decision always rests with the HR professional.
Does the report evaluate technical competencies?
+
No. NeuroMyth exclusively analyzes narrative structure — motivational, relational and decision-making patterns. No technical skills, professional experience, academic qualifications or domain knowledge.
Compliance

EU AI Act and GDPR

Is NeuroMyth EU AI Act compliant?

Yes. NeuroMyth is classified as a high-risk Annex III system and operates with mandatory human oversight on every output, complete technical documentation, compliance file, active post-market monitoring (Art. 72) and transparency to the candidate (Art. 13).
How is candidate data handled?

The AI system only sees the anonymized narrative structure — no name, photo, resume or personal identifier. Candidate personal data remains with the client organization and is handled GDPR-compliant. NeuroMyth has Data Processing Agreements with all AI providers involved.
Is the human review truly mandatory?

Yes, without exception. Every single report is verified by a human reviewer before release. This is both a design choice and a regulatory requirement.
