Distribute the form
HR prints the fairytale form with neutral visual prompts and hands it to the candidate. The candidate writes freely in their native language. Takes about 6–10 minutes.
The paper form is key. No screen, no internet access — no way to research or optimize the answer.

Send the completed form
HR photographs the completed form and sends it to the email address associated with the NM code. The system automatically recognizes the code and starts processing.

Transcription & pre-processing
The system transcribes the handwritten text and starts pre-processing: tokenization, linguistic pattern recognition, source-text consistency check.

Multi-indicator coding on 6 dimensions
The core of the method. The system analyzes narrative structure on six dimensions simultaneously — not the words used, but how the narrator organizes the story. 12 indicators coded 0–100.

Mandatory human review
Every output is verified by a human reviewer before release: source fidelity, internal logical consistency, methodological limits, interpretive proportionality.
Makes NeuroMyth EU AI Act Annex III compliant and defensible in any professional HR context.

Report delivered
The report is delivered via email as a PDF: 12 indicators 0–100, 4 compatibility signals, psychodynamic analysis, predictive correlations. Average turnaround: 2–4 hours from submission.
